The bathroom in this Sherman Oaks home had to be completely re-mediated due to a pipe behind the toilet bursting and spraying water all over the bathroom. The burst pipe also caused damage downstairs in the kitchen ceiling. Almost everything in the bathroom was affected by water damage and had to be removed to eliminate any microbial growth.
