Massive Mold Problem

After a roof leak this commercial building suffered from a massive mold loss. SERVPRO of Encino/Sherman Oaks as a Large Loss Response Team (LLRT) was able to get in and out quickly to help the customer open it's doors. This department store was under new ownership and had not been occupied for some time. This allowed the mold to be undisturbed and create a massive problem. Large jobs like this take time to be done correctly and pass the mold clearance test at the end. The after picture shows everything that had been affected and need to be removed.
